The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Sales Representative to join our ANZ Sales team on a 6 month full-time fixed term contract basis to cover Northwest and Western Sydney.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to:
Achieve sales targets through strong reach, frequency and call activity (minimum 6 calls per day).
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key pharmacy stakeholders.
Promote the iNova OTC product range in line with cycle plans.
Develop and execute effective territory and account plans.
Identify and grow opportunities with existing and new customers.
Manage and track LAM and co-op investments to deliver strong ROI.
Provide in-store product education and group training sessions.
Maintain high-quality merchandising in line with Sales & Marketing plans.
Ensure accurate CRM records, reporting, and administrative compliance.
Share competitor insights and actively participate in state and national team activities.
Manage expenses within agreed guidelines.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess sales experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health care or FMCG and previous experience in a similar role will also be considered.
Other key requirements for this role include:
Proven sales experience with a strong grasp of the sales process
Excellent time management and ability to juggle priorities
Strong negotiation and influencing ability
Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
Strong relationship‑building skills (internal & external)
Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Tertiary qualification in Business, Science or similar (highly regarded)
Additional Requirements/Work Expectations:
Current Driver’s Licence is essential.
This position will have some requirements to work outside what would be considered normal hours, e.g. weekend or evening meetings/tasks.
Some interstate travel is required, e.g. sales/company conferences.
