🌍 Travel Sales Advisor – Contact Center (Spanish & English) We are looking for a highly sales-driven Travel Sales Advisor with strong persuasion skills, charisma, and a passion for connecting with customers over the phone. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage travel package reservations and coordinate with international hotel chains. Assist customers via phone calls and email with professionalism and empathy. Identify customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions. Close sales with inbound leads (customers already interested). Accurately register and manage customer information in the CRM system (wired internet connection required). Ensure a high-quality customer service and sales experience. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall results. Work with warm/hot databases and actively follow up on opportunities.

✅ Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and customer service within the travel, hospitality, or contact center industry (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar). Advanced English level (B2 High – C1) with strong spoken fluency. Knowledge of CRM tools. At least some university-level education (completed or in progress). Availability for rotating schedules and variable days off, sometimes communicated within the same week. Third language (German or Portuguese) and studies in tourism, business, or customer service are a plus
