What You’ll Do

• Drive Impact: Achieve ambitious sales targets for revenue, profit, and product performance.

• Grow Relationships: Build strong connections and expand Baxter’s presence in your territory.

• Think Strategically: Develop and execute account plans that deliver results.

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to create seamless customer experiences.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or paramedical field.

• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally in hospitals or operating rooms.

• Proven track record of exceeding targets and thriving in competitive environments.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (additional European languages are a plus).

• A proactive, hunter mindset with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while embracing teamwork.
