🏢 Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals, particularly within the technology sector. You will play a key role in building high-impact sales teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering a strong, efficient recruitment experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
• Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, sales competencies, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs
• Track and manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally to external candidates
• Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies
Requirements:
đź’ˇ Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
(Minimum required for this role)
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on sales roles
• Experience recruiting sales professionals within the technology industry (e.g., SaaS, MSP, IT services, or software companies)
• Strong understanding of sales functions and the key competencies required across different stages of the sales cycle.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
Preferred:
• Experience recruiting in SaaS, MSP, or other technology-focused organizations
• Ability to assess sales competencies such as prospecting, closing ability, pipeline management, and quota attainment
• Experience working in a remote or global hiring environment
