Title: Sales Recruiter - AZ, Chandler Onsite
Salary: $68,000 - $80,000 per year

Position Summary:
• Motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter needed to source, attract, and hire top sales professionals.
• Role supports revenue growth through effective recruitment of sales talent.
• Ideal candidate has a proven sales recruiting track record, knowledge of sales roles, and strong communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage full recruitment life cycle including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer extension, and negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current/future sales roles.
• Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Stay updated on sales recruitment industry trends and best practices.
• Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance and improve processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, confidentiality.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Recruiter or similar role, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with PEO, staffing agencies, or multi-site recruitment is a plus.
