Indodana adalah platform fintech yang didirikan oleh PT Artha Dana Teknologi guna memberikan layanan pinjaman finansial berbasis teknologi yang didirikan sejak November 2017.

Indodana didirikan untuk memberikan layanan keuangan bagi masyarakat yang tidak mendapatkan layanan perbankan. Teknologi kami memungkinkan peminjam untuk mengakses kredit digital terjangkau dan fleksibel melalui perangkat mobile.

Indodana hadir agar dapat memberikan kemudahan, keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi nasabah untuk melakukan pinjaman. Dengan memanfaatkan pengalaman dari tim kami, hal ini memberikan solusi efektif untuk menangani permintaan individu peminjam yang sebagian besar belum terlayani perbankan di Indonesia.

• Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan di area yang ditentukan

• Melakukan kunjungan harian ke merchant serta menjalin hubungan baik dengan PIC toko

• Memastikan program berjalan dengan lancar di area tersebut dan target penjualan tercapai

• Menjamin penempatan materi promosi (POP material) di toko dilakukan dengan baik

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional mitra untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait penjualan, kompetitor, dan permasalahan di lapangan

• Menangani sekitar 15–20 Sales Promoter

• Memantau aktivitas harian para Promoter

• Melakukan pelatihan tim lapangan serta pelatihan ulang (refreshment) bagi para Promoter

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau Diploma dari jurusan apa pun

• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang relevan

• Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik dan mampu mengelola tim serta area kerja

• Komunikatif, memiliki kemampuan pemasaran termasuk melalui media sosial

• Diutamakan kandidat dengan pengalaman di bidang Sales Jasa Keuangan (Asuransi, Reksadana, dan sejenisnya)

• Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel

• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
