What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

1–3 years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred)

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new automotive products

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Product Advisor, you will be the expert customers rely on—guiding them from the first hello to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building genuine, long‑term relationships with clients

Responding to leads and scheduling daily appointments

Reaching out to personal and dealership contacts to drive sales

Creating engaging vehicle experiences: test drives & video walkarounds

Ensuring a smooth and exciting vehicle pickup experience

Demonstrating key features and technology to clients

Acting as the bridge between sales and service for new customers

Using industry‑leading software to track all customer interactions
