Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales & Outreach Executive to support our expansion into the Singapore market. This is a frontline outreach role focused on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying Singapore-based businesses through direct sales activity.
You will work closely with the Sales & Outreach Manager and play a key role in opening conversations, pitching Assist World’s services, and booking qualified opportunities. This role is well suited for a mid-level sales professional who is driven to grow, motivated by commissions, and ready to advance into a senior sales position.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Outreach:
• Actively source and engage Singapore-based SMEs, startups, and business owners through:
○ LinkedIn outreach
○ Cold emails
○ Cold calls
○ Direct prospecting and follow-ups
• Introduce and clearly pitch Assist World’s virtual staffing solutions in a confident, professional manner.
• Identify, engage, and close new client organizations in Singapore by positioning Assist World’s scalable remote workforce solutions.
• Handle initial conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings or discovery calls for the Sales & Outreach Manager.
• Maintain consistent daily outreach activity and follow structured sales scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support:
• Identify decision-makers and assess client needs, budget, and hiring intent.
• Accurately log outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture interest and move leads forward.
• Support deal momentum by ensuring clean handovers to the Sales & Outreach Manager.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the Sales & Outreach Manager to align on outreach strategy, messaging, and targets.
• Attend regular sales check-ins and coaching sessions to improve performance.
• Provide feedback on common objections, market responses, and prospect trends in Singapore.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3 years of experience in sales, outreach, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred).
• Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
• Chinese language skills are a strong plus, especially for engaging Singapore-based clients.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and direct selling conversations.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, business-first approach.
• Organized, disciplined, and able to follow processes and scripts.
• Basic experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales trackers (training provided).
• Self-motivated and target-driven — motivated by commissions and performance incentives.
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow into a higher-level sales role.
