Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order & ERP Administrator to support nightly order processing and purchasing operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate order entry, inventory alignment, and supplier coordination within the ERP system.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, confident working independently, and capable of using sound judgment when handling incomplete or ambiguous information.
Responsibilities:
• Entering email Sale orders into our ERP software ensuring accuracy of customer, date, product and quantity required.
• Pull through orders from a 3rd party ordering platform to our ERP software, ensuring all items have been pulled through correctly by cross checking with the email receipts sent to the orders inbox.
• Review all made Sales orders for any issues with on hand quantities and availability, making product substitutions.
• Review orders and removing delivery fees where multiple
• Sales Orders have been made for the same day.
• Review Sales Orders and updating product Routes based on guidance supplied by Nights Warehouse Supervisor.
• Placing Purchase orders to our chicken supplier for any Sales orders made that night
• Administration tasks as required
• Demonstrated ability to interpret information, identify underlying issues, and respond appropriately
• Strong capability to read between the lines and understand broader business context
• Ability to use judgement and critical thinking when information is incomplete or ambiguous
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience
• Prior data entry experience
• Familiarity with ERP system e.g Odoo or SAP preferable
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entryAbility to work independently
• Ability to problem solve when email orders don’t have the correct or enough information.
