We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Team Leader, who we would like him to be highly organized and commercially driven person in support of the B2B Sales division. This role is responsible for leading the sales support function for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, and customers, while driving efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery. In relation to the team's processes for Large Accounts, for both new or existing clients, the Team Leader will be responsible for the team's prompt, accurate and proper preparation of the Proposal (Price,Guarantee & Presenation File) both for Tenders and simple RFPs, of the Contract's Creation, of Signature Requests both to upper management and client for Contracts, for Representation of meters, for creating Large Account customer profiles in CRM including the insertion of rates, guarantees and special terms. The Team Leader will also be responsible for the optimum function of The Large Accounts Portal. This person will also guide and monitor the Sales Operations team for the preparation of data analytics & sales metrics that inform on the Sales performance to mid-management and upper-management review, designs and oversee the implementation of a variety of Sales Projects (e.g. new Sales Channels) and be responsible for Large Accounts Sales Policy documentation in relation to company procedure and Quality Control.

What will you do:

• Direct, oversee and ensure the prompt and mistake-free creation of price & guarantee proposals, creation of contracts, preparations of signature Request folders and cover letters and the representation of meters of Large Accounts (both EL & NG) by the Sales Support team.
• Be responsible for the coordination needed as to achieve the timely, accurate and beneficial renewal of the Large Accounts portfolio as well as for the pre-billing to be send to billing and thus ensuring accurate billing of all Large Accounts.
• Support in the development of Sales Proposals (RFPs) for Large Accounts by preparing the customer’s energy profile based on historical data provided by customer, drafting the offer and monitoring and reporting performance through predefined KPIs.
• Monitor and consult the Sales Support team in the creation & maintenance of Large Account customer profiles within the CRM and makes sure through KPIs and cross-checks, for the proper insertion of the rate, guarantee and special terms within.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of cyclical reports or ad hoc reports upon demand of the Section Managers, the Head of Sales, the Commercial Director or other departments/divisions of data analytics and KPIs for Retail, Large Accounts and SMEs, which are used for more company-wide reporting including the Sales department report as well as the Commercial Report & Monthly Management Report.
• Be responsible to oversee the preparation, communication, monitoring and testing of Sales IT requests & responsible for overall CRM/WEB-CRM/Portal/Excel MO 365 functionality including updates and enhancements. Extremely important process as to maintain and make possible vital operations such as monitoring, representation or billing amongst others. The role is of increased complexity due to fast company growth and continuous market & technological changes.
• Maintain and update the ISO Policy Processes related to the section (i.e. Large Accounts, Renewals, Closed list, Commissions) and ensures that company policy is enforced in the Sales Pipeline process in every applicable stage.
• Handle advanced and complicated internal and external Client, partner or key account requests that may relate to the RFP process, the contractual process, the signatory process or other technical or billing issues.
• Communicate with mid-management officials in the Competition, DNO (Distribution Network Operator), EDA (Gas Distribution Operator and IPTO (Independent Power Transmission Operator) for a variety of reasons relating to any related operational function.
• Hire, train, consult, guide & evaluate Key Account Sales Support team members in their daily tasks, in using local and central sales systems, in learning Sales Support processes. Fully responsible for task assignment and setting of job roles of all team members.
• Direct, oversee and ensure the prompt and mistake-free operation of the Large Accounts Portal

What you need to be successful:

• A Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Relevant or a BSc in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing

• 3+ years of working experience in B2B Sales Support, Sales Operations and Project Management
• A Masters Degree will be considered a plus along with certifications on Data Analysis and a prior experience of Team Leadership
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce, ERP systems
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under a fast pace and in a demanding environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Leadership & people management skills
