The purpose of this role is to support the sales team in winning key deals, while ensuring that sales data and forecasts are accurate and reliable.
The Win Room is a collaborative environment where sales and support teams work together on high-priority deals. In this role, you contribute with analysis, data validation, and structured feedback to support better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: 
Forecasting and Reporting
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts, including changes, risks, and delays
• Validate forecast data and highlight inconsistencies
• Ensure forecasts reflect a realistic view of expected outcome
Deal Support (Win Room)
• Track priority and upcoming deals
• Review deal status and identify risks or gaps
• Challenge assumptions where needed and ensure key information is available
• Follow up on agreed actions, owners, and deadlines
Pipeline and Performance Tracking
• Monitor the development of sales opportunities
• Identify gaps or underperformance in the pipeline
• Provide clear and structured insights for management
CRM Data Quality
• Ensure sales data is accurate and up to date
• Review key fields such as deal stage, value, and close date
• Identify and escalate data quality issues
Accurate data is critical, as sales operations relies on data and processes to improve performance and support decision-making (Indeed)
Reporting and Communication
• Support daily and weekly reporting processes
• Contribute to management presentations and ad-hoc analyses
• Higher education/diploma in filed of sales/economics/commercial
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• 5-8 years of experience in a relevant position, in specialist/coordination/management role
• Ability to challenge with sellers (confident, structured, factual) constructively
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large pipelines
• CRM excellence and attention to details
• High reliability and follow-through
• Quick learning skills to understand T-Systems portfolio know-how to challenge deal substance
Nice-to-haves':
• Sales operations/deal desk/bid support background
• BI/dashboard skills (e.g., Power BI)
• German language skills
