Are you passionate about CRM excellence, data quality, and empowering Sales teams to perform at their best?
We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team and play a critical role in keeping our go-to-market engine running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning messy data into clean, actionable insights, and take pride in building processes that scale, this role is for you.
What you'll do
As a key pillar of our Revenue Operations team, you will own data quality standards and drive continuous process improvement across our CRM. You'll partner closely with Sales, Senior Revenue Ops, and internal systems stakeholders to ensure our operational foundation is accurate, scalable, and built for growth.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex data merges, account deduplication, and territory disputes, resolving issues with speed and precision
• Review and validate work produced by junior associates, maintaining 100% data accuracy across the CRM at all times
• Proactively identify and execute bulk cleanup initiatives, turning large-scale data challenges into efficient, systematic solutions
• Own and maintain CRM Rules of Engagement documentation, ensuring processes are clearly defined and consistently applied across teams
• Collaborate with the Internal Systems & Data (ISD) team to understand system workflows, validate change requests, and drive operational alignment
What we're looking for
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration, or in a Sales/Revenue Operations role
• Exceptional attention to detail, paired with a GTM business mindset when approaching data quality issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities without losing focus or accuracy
• A self-starter mentality: you don't just surface problems, you own them and solve them at scale
