Delta-v builds and operates high-performance SDR teams for B2B tech companies. We are analytical, systems-driven and obsessed with performance.
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to take full ownership of our sales tech stack, reporting, data infrastructure and automation projects. This is a high-responsibility role at the centre of our commercial engine.
You won’t just maintain systems - you will design, optimise and scale them.
About the Role
Your mission is to ensure that Delta-v - and the SDR teams we operate for our clients - are equipped with best-in-class data, frictionless systems, and actionable performance insights.
You will own three core areas:
1️⃣ Reporting & Performance Insights
• Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly SDR reporting
• Own Salesforce dashboards and pipeline coverage reporting
• Produce strategy session reporting and ad-hoc analytics
• Support commission calculations and internal reporting
• Deliver clear, client-facing performance insights
2️⃣ Technology, Data & Systems
You will manage and optimise our full sales tech stack:
• CRM: Salesforce
• Sales Engagement: Salesloft
• Data Providers: Cognism, Apollo, FullEnrich
• Automation Tools: Clay
• Project Management: Monday.com
Responsibilities include:
• Target account & contact list generation
• Data sourcing, cleaning, deduplication and enrichment
• ICP-based validation and campaign forecasting
• Field configuration, integrations and data hygiene
• Managing vendors, licenses, renewals and commercials
• Data security ownership
• Tech setup for new client onboarding
You will be accountable for keeping our infrastructure clean, scalable and future-proof.
3️⃣ Automation & High-Impact Projects
Once fully ramped, you will lead projects such as:
• Implementing AI & workflow automation to automate end-to-end account and contact research
• Automating reporting and inbound lead capture processes
• Evaluating and selecting new tech vendors
• Documenting and improving operational workflows
We are looking for someone who gets excited about building smarter systems.
Requirements:
• Degree in Maths, Engineering, Finance or similar
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in tech-forward, small to mid-sized companies
• Demonstrated career stability (2+ years in each role — no job hopping)
• Experience cleaning, structuring and manipulating data for reporting
• Exposure to CRM or sales tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho etc.)
