Your focus:

• Administrative and Operational Support: Assist the Sales Area Lead with daily operational and office-related tasks, including coordination, follow-ups, documentation.
• Information Management & Basic Research: Support the team by gathering, organizing, and maintaining basic information using internal tools and other available sources.
• Coordination & Office Tasks: Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal activities; support logistics related to events, visits, or internal initiatives when required.
• Cross-team Support: Act as a point of contact to support collaboration with other internal areas (Marketing, Operations, Finance) on routine matters.

• Students with at least 18 months remaining until graduation (ideally graduating in December 2027) in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering / Information Systems, Management, International Business, Commerce, Marketing or related majors.
• Previous work experience is not required.
• Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Sales.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from our office in Núñez, Buenos Aires. 4 hours per day. 
• Strong soft skills such as teamwork, proactivity, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, interest in the IT/BI industry, and strong communication skills.
