Job Description

We are a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. As our team grows, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Operations Executive – Weekend Shifts to join our remote team and help grow our client base.

The Role:
You will convert warm leads into confirmed bookings, build strong client relationships, and help customers find the right cleaning services. Your work will directly contribute to business growth through excellent communication and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning services.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM system.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Working Days:

• Weekend-focused role, with shifts like Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday, depending on scheduling needs.
