Job Description
The Role
In a high-growth sales organization, a canceled meeting or a missed demo isn't a dead end, it’s a recovery mission. We are seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to act as the "Safety Net" for our global sales squads.
Our goal is to eliminate revenue leakage by becoming a master of the Rebooking Cycle. You will be responsible for the immediate outreach, rescheduling, and resuscitation of every prospect that slips through the cracks. Whether a demo was canceled last minute or a prospect simply didn’t show up, you are the expert who gets them back on the calendar and ensures no ball is dropped.
Responsibilities:
• The Cancellation Concierge: Actively monitor the sales calendar for last-minute cancellations. Execute immediate, high-empathy outreach to acknowledge the change and secure a firm "Rebooked" slot before the lead goes cold.
• No-Show Resuscitation: Own the "Missed Demo" workflow. When a prospect fails to appear, you are on the phone/email within 5 minutes to troubleshoot the absence and move them back into an active demo status.
• Persistent Pipeline Recovery: Manage high-volume outreach to stale leads and "dark" accounts. You don't just "follow up", you strategically re-engage prospects until they are successfully back in the funnel.
• Deliverable Accountability: Audit all AE/SDR interactions to ensure promised documents, proposals, and follow-up materials are dispatched accurately and instantly. You are the final check to ensure we deliver on our word.
• Attendance Optimization: Implement proactive confirmation sequences to minimize cancellations and maximize "Show Rates" across all three sales squads.
Qualifications:
• The "Persistence" Specialist: You possess the grit and polite persistence required to re-engage busy executives who have gone quiet.
• Hyper-Organized & Alert: You live in the CRM and the Calendar. You are the first to notice a cancellation and the first to act on it.
• Exceptional Communication: You have high-level verbal and written English skills, capable of turning a "No-Show" into a "Rescheduled" through professional persuasion.
• Outcome-Driven: You are motivated by specific recovery metrics: Re-book Rate, No-Show Recovery Speed, and Pipeline Retention.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, email tools, dialing tools, lead management (Pipedrive/HubSpot/Salesforce), Online Phone Systems, Dialers, Slack/Discord, and automated scheduling tools (Calendly).
