We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support and optimize the efficiency of our sales processes. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate sales reporting, and seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales operations, sales analysis, order management, and dispatch coordination, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve business performance.
You will play a critical role in enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation by managing operational workflows, monitoring sales performance metrics, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
• Support day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain and optimize sales processes, workflows, and operational systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain CRM and sales tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Sales Analysis
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support leadership decision-making.
• Track key sales metrics including order volume, conversion rates, revenue performance, and product demand.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and operational effectiveness.
Order Management
• Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Verify order details including pricing, product availability, delivery timelines, and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, or fulfillment delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all orders and transactions.
Dispatch & Fulfillment Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues such as shipment delays, incorrect shipments, or inventory mismatches.
• Ensure compliance with internal dispatch processes and customer delivery requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–9 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, Order Management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience working with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of sales workflows, order processing systems, and dispatch coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools for reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain coordination.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
