We are looking for a meticulous Sales Operations professional to assist with sales planning, forecasting, dispatch coordination, and collaboration across various departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, and Plant teams. This role is essential to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Forecasting
• Assist with monthly and quarterly sales predictions
• Evaluate and compare forecasted performance against actual results, noting any discrepancies
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams for demand planning
• Oversee Purchase Orders and synchronize with production and shipping schedules
2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
• Develop dispatch plans based on stock availability and customer priorities
• Work with Plant and Logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatch
• Monitor vehicle movements and track delivery schedules
• Guarantee timely distribution of LR and dispatch documentation
3. Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels at the plant and customer sites
• Keep track of inventory levels and aging products
• Align inventory levels with forecasts and dispatch schedules
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as a connector between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, and Plant teams
• Address operational challenges and facilitate effective communication
5. Reporting & MIS
• Create and distribute MIS reports, including dispatch status, comparisons of forecast to actual, PO tracking, delivery metrics, and inventory reports
• Offer data insights to aid in operational decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and Lookups)
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
• Strong coordination and communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail and capability to manage various priorities
