What You’ll be doing:

• Validating and processing customer orders, ensuring precise pricing, product information, and all necessary documentation are in place.

• Managing the order backlog, coordinating fulfillment cycles, and supporting accurate, timely revenue booking activities.

• Reviewing, verifying, and maintaining records for customer contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.

• Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth order flow.

• Ensuring on-time delivery and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance operational productivity.

• Participating in automation initiatives, supporting system enhancements, and engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1 – 3 years of revelent experience in order management or sales operations.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems.

• Proven ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple tasks with strong ownership.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Experience participating in process automation or system upgrade initiatives is a plus

• Flexible to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
