Job Description

Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales operations? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven individual to join our Smart Technology team as a Sales Operations Administrator!

You will report to our Sales Operations Team Leader, and be the key link between major clients, suppliers, and internal teams, making things happen and keeping everything running smoothly.

If you’re proactive, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and want to build a solid foundation in sales operations within a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Operations Administrator will include...

Creating accurate, competitive quotes for major clients and processing sales orders with precision

Owning the purchase order process, requesting, chasing and ensuring everything is in place before work begins

Coordinating installations by raising POs, managing delivery notes and keeping our master spreadsheet up to date

Acting as the go‑to contact for orders, queries and shared inbox management

Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business

About you

A genuine passion for customer service and building positive, long‑lasting relationships

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn and get stuck in

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook

Comfortable working independently, while also being a strong team player
