Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and creative marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities in the technical, fire and security solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Grenada and the wider Caribbean region.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations tailored to client needs.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Marketing

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to build brand awareness.

Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing activities.

Create marketing materials, proposals, and content to support sales initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in technology, security, or B2B solutions.

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools is an asset.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
