We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our Conveyancing team. This role is ideal for school leavers or freshers who are looking to gain valuable experience in sales, client onboarding, and customer service within the property and legal sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new client onboarding, ensuring clients are guided smoothly through the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. You will be responsible for maintaining strong communication, following up with clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
• School leaver, fresher, or entry-level candidate looking to start a career in sales, marketing, or client services
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone and via email/message
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to guide clients through processes with patience and professionalism
• Strong follow-up and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or similar platforms)
• Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding new clients once a case is instructed
• Guide clients through the initial stages of the conveyancing process in a clear and professional manner
• Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure all required documents and information are received promptly
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer basic queries
• Work closely with the sales, partnerships, and conveyancing teams to ensure a smooth handover and case progression
• Track onboarding progress and ensure all follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines
• Help manage onboarding pipelines and update internal systems accurately
• Support weekend rota coverage where required to maintain onboarding efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
