• Through effective impact activities on our insurance products and related services to achieve sales revenue target assigned and expand market share.
• Depending on the size of the market and portfolio, the company aims to increase sales opportunities with collaboration with underwriters and internal functional departments at local, region and group level.
• Develop new business opportunities with the assigned channel(s) and/or business partner(s) and/or insurance brokers.
• Focus on Mid-Market client segment new business growth.
• Continue to improve sales operation performance.
• Introduce and develop new products to market while maintaining the profitability of existing products.
• Collaborate with Business Information Department to cross sell Credit Insurance both Business Information Service. Always bringing Credit Insurance and Business Information in the business activities.
• Aim to increase the number of prospects/clients in the future and build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with leading brokers
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing account portfolios and propose new products.
• We use a variety of methods in sales activities (cold calling, advertising, internet mining, social/professional networking sales, networking events, and other means to arouse customer interest). Self-driving or supporting major brokers to develop potential new clients
• With the cooperation of internal stakeholders such as risk underwriters, account managers, and management, we provide support for sales proposals made by major brokers to customers.
• Formulation of sales activity plans and implementation of forecast management
• Support for marketing to develop and execute product plans
• Participation in marketing-related events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, seminars of professional associations, etc.) and a proactive approach to prospective audiences
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys on products and services
• Conduct market trends, sales, and competitor trend research and report to relevant departments
• Implement proposals to improve or change existing products to maintain and strengthen market competitiveness
• Collaborate with risk departments to manage portfolio loss ratios and maximize profits
• Ensure compliance with in-house regulations and prudent underwriting of credit insurance business
• Compliance with compliance standards set by external regulators
Ideally, you should have at least five years of sales experience in insurance, banking, factoring, financial services, or credit management.
Experience working in a multicultural/international corporate environment is also a plus.
• Self Driven (motivated, discipline and committed) behavior. You will have the enthusiasm to accurately understand and grasp the needs of the business, finances, products/services, market, and customers after joining the company.
• Professional: Willingness to work as an expert in the field of credit management. Gain expertise across complex (territory, accounts, products/services, sales processes), defined portfolios, services, and accounts
• Leadership: Ability to lead individuals or teams to drive things forward strongly in large-scale, strategically important/ loss-risk customer areas, opportunities to identify, pursue, or manage potential opportunities.
• Collaboration and team player: Team activities from building relationships with target customers and decision-makers to winning contracts
