Projective Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial growth of our Talent Services. In this role, your focus will be on building and maintaining long-term client relationships within our Talent division, while collaborating with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, and Talent Development.
Our Talent Services focus on developing both entry-level and experienced profiles through a high-quality growth program, combining consultancy with personal development. As a Sales Manager, you play a key role in connecting these talents with organizations in sectors such as financial services and utilities.
What will you do?
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong client relationships across various industries. Your responsibilities will span business development, strategic account management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with leading financial institutions, including Tier 1/2 banks, FMIs, and FinTech companies.
• Expand our consultancy portfolio by introducing talent across all levels—from junior to senior roles.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Present and implement tailored staffing solutions for clients.
• Drive both farming (growth within existing accounts) and hunting (new business acquisition) activities.
• Develop and grow the overall business portfolio.
• Coordinate and prioritize recruitment efforts to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with broader sector and organizational goals.
