Position Summary – Sales Manager

Sales Manager Rewards:
• $65k - $75k starting salary + monthly incentive plan
• Total annual compensation up to $125k+
• No cap on Sales Manager income

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, develop & motivate the sales team
• Hit sales targets
• Manage the sales process
• Forecast sales
• CRM utilization
• Customer satisfaction
Sales Manager Requirements:
• Sales management experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Driven to achieve targets
• Valid driver’s license
• Good computer skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong leadership ability
• Excellent customer service ability
• Skillful problem solver
Sales Manager Work Hours:
• No Sundays
• 42-48 hours a week
• Location hours: 9-7 M-F, 9-4 SAT
