1) Flexifleet: Freelancer Marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.

2) Fulfillment Optimizer: Modular Software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing and delivery.

3) Consumer Connect: AI WhatsApp Conversational Commerce to boost sales and elevate customer experience.

Who you are

3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of strong performance.

A proven quota overachiever who consistently hits ambitious targets.

A hunter with a go-getter attitude—self-motivated, persistent, and unstoppable.

Highly resilient: you handle rejection with maturity, stay solution-oriented, and re-engage fast.

Strong in consultative selling, discovery, and value-based conversations.

Skilled at developing business cases and discussing financial impacts with clients.

Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in retail, supermarkets, or pharmacy is a strong advantage.

Spanish native; English is a plus.

Based in Mexico City and open to a hybrid work model.

What you will do

Own the full enterprise and mid-market sales cycle in Mexico, from prospecting to closing.

Open new accounts across pharmacy, supermarket, and retail—our core sectors.

Build pipeline from scratch through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and events.

Lead consultative discovery sessions and deliver compelling demos.

Build advanced financial ROI models based on client P&Ls.

Navigate complex multi-threaded sales processes with digital, operations, e-commerce, finance, and IT leaders.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our GTM strategy for Mexico.

Overachieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Represent Zubale in the market, building our presence and strengthening our brand.
