Are you our new Sales Manager?

Dapper is looking for a Sales Manager. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.

You'll work directly with the CEO and two other salespeople to convert inbound leads from our marketing into partnerships.

You also actively reach out to ideal clients in the Netherlands, Western Europe and the United States.

We sell to a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This Job Is For You If You:

• Ideally, you have B2B marketing experience, as the job requires consultative selling. You need to understand B2B marketing because we have strategic discussions with our clients in sales conversations.

• Ideally, you have sales experience or a talent for sales. We're looking for people who love interacting and can connect with others easily and quickly.

• Speak Dutch and are fluent in English.

• Have a growth mindset. You give and receive feedback, seek continuous improvement, and embrace new approaches.

• Are extremely performance-driven with a bias toward results—we're building the #1 B2B marketing agency in the space, and we need someone who thrives on hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Follow up on high-quality inbound leads generated by Dapper's marketing. We receive numerous qualified requests every week that need to be guided toward conversion through consultative selling.

• Proactively reach out to companies that match our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), expanding our presence across the Netherlands, promising markets in Western Europe, and potentially the United States.

• Build initial strategies and proposals for potential clients to sell collaborations.

• Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve our sales approach.
