The TITLE provides Energy Upgrade business to North region located in Delhi.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Lead generation activity for Energy Upgrade in Noth region
Energy Auditing
Establish strong, long-term relationship with existing and prospective customers, cross selling
ROI based value selling of Armstrong products & solutions
Work with End users and Consultants to incorporate Armstrong specs
Partner with ESCOs and offer energy solutions
Build the OEM partnership portfolio
2ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Networking, presenting, promoting Armstrong products during the industry events and trade fairs and customer reach programs
Concept selling
Promote Armstrong value products & solutions to contractors in retrofit business
Make strategies to develop energy upgrade business in the region
Role Requirements
Degree in electrical / mechanical, MBA would be value addition. Preferred certification in Energy auditing.
7 – 10 years of experience working on HVAC industry (Sales, Solution development & Energy audit).
Good technical knowledge & understanding of HVAC plant room, HVAC plant Automation & equipment’s like Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Tower & AHU’s etc
Good data analysis skill to analyse & calculate potential energy savings
Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)
Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.
Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
