The Sales manager will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
• Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets
• Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
• Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach
• Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks
• Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (direct sales only preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

• Valid driver's license (must)
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
• Local language proficiency
