Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Performance & Meet Monthly Targets
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales objectives while supporting team revenue goals.

Lead, Coach, and Develop the Sales Team
Provide ongoing training, performance guidance, and support to improve sales effectiveness.

Ensure Excellent Customer Experience & Satisfaction
Maintain high standards in customer follow-up, vehicle delivery, and overall satisfaction (CSI).

Support Sales Closings & Maintain Strong Product Knowledge
Assist with deal negotiations, close sales when needed, and stay fully informed on product details.

Maintain Strong Cross-Department Communication & Follow Dealership Processes
Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and consistent adherence to dealership policies and procedures.

To Be Successful You Will Need to:

A minimum of 5 years in an Automotive Sales Manager role.

Computer and software expert, we have the latest high tech software here.

Be passionate about high-quality work output with good attention to detail.

Take initiative, love challenges, and thrive on learning new skills

Be organized, a good communicator with a great work ethic.

Be able to lead and grow your own team to be the best players.

Have a willingness to learn on the job with the ability to follow processes and implement them.
