Sales Manager (m/f/d) Business Unit Pig

The role
You are responsible for the sales territory Spain
You will lead the region’s sales team
You will act as the first point of contact for our sales staff and customers
You will support our agents and distributors as well as plan, carry out and accompany sales negotiations with key accounts independently all the way to the conclusion of the contract
You will analyse the market and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in the region

Your qualifications and experience
You are a proactive salesperson who is self-confident and has leadership experience
You have good knowledge of the pig industry
In addition to your native tongue Spanish, sound written and spoken English or German skills are essential
Individual initiative, the ability to self-organise and flexibility are also part of your skill set
You are willing to travel in Spain and also to our head office in Germany from time to time
