Function

Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia comercial para aumentar la presencia de nuestra marca y productos en el mercado nacional, con foco en la zona de Almería, costa de Granada y Murcia.

Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y la excelencia comercial.

Gestionar cuentas clave y coordinar la actividad comercial junto a la dirección general.

Participar en la elaboración del Business Plan, definición de precios, presupuestos y promociones.

Analizar tendencias de mercado y colaborar con equipos internos (Customer Service, Marketing, Desarrollo de Producto, etc.).

What we expect of you

Titulación en Ingeniería Agronómica (valorable formación en Marketing, Ventas o Management).

Experiencia en ventas y gestión de equipos en el sector agrícola, preferiblemente en solanáceas.

Nivel alto de inglés y dominio del idioma local.

Conocimientos en técnicas de ventas, negociación, MS Office y CRM.

Liderazgo, orientación al cliente, habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
