The company operates across the Middle East, supporting enterprises in modernizing their digital infrastructure and driving measurable business outcomes through technology adoption.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager – KSA will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic enterprise accounts within the Saudi market. The role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, enterprise stakeholder engagement, and deep understanding of cloud-based solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The successful candidate will own the sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, while building long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the KSA market
• Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets
• Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting

Enterprise Solution Selling

• Sell Microsoft 365, Azure, AI-enabled productivity solutions, and digital transformation services
• Conduct consultative sales discussions with C-level executives and IT leadership
• Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations
• Position value-driven business outcomes rather than product features

Account Management & Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders
• Manage long sales cycles and complex procurement processes
• Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies

Market Expansion – KSA

• Identify key industry verticals aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
• Analyze competitive landscape and partner ecosystem
• Develop alliances with technology and channel partners

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with pre-sales, technical consultants, and delivery teams
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Provide market feedback to leadership on trends and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience selling cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS platforms preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise market
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
