KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales Consultants and Sales Administrators
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to sales targets and KPIs
Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and high performance
Sales Performance & Strategy
Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume and gross profit
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and customer follow-up processes
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance
Customer Experience
Ensure every client receives a luxury-level experience consistent with Jaguar Land Rover standards
Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Operations & Compliance
Work closely with the Finance, Service, and Parts departments to maximize cross-department opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain proper inventory management and vehicle merchandising standards
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of automotive sales management experience (luxury brand experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software
Valid driver’s license
