Sales Manager in the Renewable Energy Sector

OUR CLIENT – is a Lithuanian company operating in the transport and logistics sector, primarily focused on freight forwarding and organizing project cargo transportation solutions in the Baltic States. Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new clients in the renewable energy sector. This is a dynamic position involving both direct communication with clients and active participation in representing the company in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
• Identifying and establishing relationships with new clients
• Presenting and promoting the company’s services
• Organizing and participating in meetings with clients
• Traveling to clients within Lithuania and other Baltic countries
• Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and other energy sector events

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
• Higher education degree
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey information
• Initiative, confidence, and a results-driven mindset

• Ability to independently plan work, set priorities, and focus on client and business objectives
• Category B driving license

Salary:

€3,300–5,000 gross per month

Probation period – 3 months. After the probation period, a salary of €5,000 gross per month is offered, along with additional bonuses based on attracted investments and/or implemented project results.
