Our Sales teams build and grow Wolt’s relationships with merchants. We continuously launch new cities, products, and solutions, including Storefront, our white-label online ordering platform, as well as new In-store products that help restaurants and retailers streamline their operations.

We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team with ownership of our In-store products. You will play a key role in shaping one of Wolt’s newest and fastest-growing business segments.

What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales process for our In-store product. You will build strong pipelines, nurture long-term relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success, while helping to scale one of Wolt’s most exciting growth areas.

• Own the sales process by leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new partners across multiple industries.

• Account management by driving the success of existing partners through performance analysis, regular check-ins, feedback discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Internal enablement and collaboration by equipping SMB and Key Account Managers to confidently pitch, sell, and support the product development, offering guidance and best practices throughout onboarding and beyond.

• Operational excellence by partnering with product, operations, and support teams to resolve issues, improve the partner experience, and contribute to ongoing product- and process development.

Our humble expectations

• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret metrics, assess pricing models, and define KPIs.
• Interest in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or logistics.
• Previous experience using different restaurant systems is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
