To support our sales team, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to best promote and sell Shiji POS solutions across the Nordics region.
 
• Identify opportunities and close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamics.
• Build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities.
• Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions, POS, Digital Solutions & Shiji Payments.
• 5+ years experience in software POS within the hospitality or F&B IT industry.
• Negotiation ninja with ability to multi-task and outstanding communication skills.
• Results-oriented, autonomous, and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills.
• Deep hotel & hospitality industry knowledge and very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
