ما هو دورك:

بصفتك مديراً للمبيعات، ستكون المسؤول عن بناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية ورفع كفاءة الإيرادات. ستعمل في منطقة تتقاطع فيها العقارات، التكنولوجيا، والضيافة، لضمان وصول علامتنا التجارية إلى الفئات المستهدفة من طالبي السكن والشركات والمسافرين.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- قيادة استراتيجية المبيعات: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات التي توازن بين معدلات الإشغال(Occupancy) ومتوسط السعر اليومي(ADR).

- إدارة القنوات الرقمية: العمل الوثيق مع فريق إدارة الإيرادات لتحسين ظهورنا على المنصات العالمية (OTAs).

- بناء الشراكات المؤسسية (B2B): تحديد واستقطاب حسابات الشركات الكبرى ووكالات إدارة السفر

- تحليل البيانات: استخدام لغة الأرقام لقياس الأداء، وتقديم تقارير استراتيجية تدعم اتخاذ القرار.
