Sales Manager (Furniture/Contract Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the furniture/contract sales industry.
• Identify and target potential clients in the furniture/contract sales sector to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and property developers.
• Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies in the furniture/contract sales sector.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:
• At least Diploma in Business, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture/contract sales industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the furniture industry, including products, trends, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management skills.
