Your mission:
• Drive localized business development and market expansion for energy storage solutions across Czech Republic.
• Lead market development, customer acquisition & development and end-to-end full-cycle project closure to achieve annual sales targets while building a regional sales network.
• Colaboratively with comany’s PV sales to maintain customer relationships and expanding sales channels.
• Identifying upsell opportunities (expansion, EMS upgrades) and drive cross-selling of integrated solutions.
• Localized Brand Promotion, attending regional trade shows.
• Organize customer factory visits and technical seminars.
• Cooperate with the overseas promotion of products and brands in the region, participate in industry exhibitions and forums.
Your profile:
• Energy Storage Experience: 2+ years in overseas sales of BESS/PCS/EMS; must have independently managed projects and familiar with full project lifecycle.
• Local Residency: Accept and adapt to long-term expatriate assignment (≥10 months/year); hold Schengen visa/work permit.
• Language Proficiency: Business-fluent English.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of ESS architecture (battery cells/BMS/PCS/EMS); ability to independently interpret technical specifications.
• Commercial Skills: Proficient in international trade (INCOTERMS 2020), L/Cs, performance bonds, and export credit insurance.
• Execution Power: Able to independently close deals from lead to payment; pure manager profiles not accepted.
• Policy Sensitivity: Rapidly grasp EU and CEE energy storage subsidies, capacity markets, and grid code changes.
• Customer Access: Can reach energy managers and C-level; understand TSO bidding logic and industrial pain points.
• Resilience: Deliver results under high-intensity travel and multi-cultural environments; thrive in startup-paced teams.
