We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the continued success of our dealership. As a Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Advisors to achieve sales growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be an active presence on the sales floor, supporting your team through every step of the sales process and fostering a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to consistently exceed customer expectations and drive repeat business
Recruit, hire, train, and coach Product Advisors to maximize performance and professional growth
Conduct daily one-on-one meetings with Product Advisors to review goals, performance metrics, and development plans
Engage with customers throughout the sales process, including greeting, needs analysis, and deal closing
Appraise trade-in vehicles using company systems and tools
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all prospective buyers
Collaborate with the management team to continuously enhance the customer experience
Create and maintain a strong team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and retention
Establish and uphold standards for vehicle delivery and customer handover
Ensure the first after-sales service appointment is scheduled at the time of delivery
Manage employee performance, including coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline when required
Lead by example by consistently demonstrating Crown Auto Group’s mission, vision, and values
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma
Current MPI Salesperson Permit or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; automotive experience strongly preferred
1–2 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing teams is considered a strong asset
Valid driver’s license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers, business partners, and internal teams
Highly resourceful, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
