Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans. Meet financial objectives by maximizing profitability through forecasting requirements, preparing an annual performance budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances. This role is responsible for leading and developing City Wide's high-performing sales team, driving new business growth, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies across our market.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans while partnering with your team on key meetings, presentations, and closing opportunities
• Monitor performance, pipeline health, and forecasting to ensure accountability and strong results
• Assist with recruit, onboarding, and mentoring new sales talent to support ongoing market growth
• Foster a positive, results-driven culture aligned with company goals and expectations
• Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with overall business objectives and market opportunities
What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years in B2B sales management experience
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
