• Develop PL business in geographic areas or with specific customers.
• Promote WT products to end customers and OEMs, securing favorable specifications and commercial terms.
• Generate OI and profitability targets for your region/customers.
• Manage end-to-end commercial processes: business development, market opportunity identification, product promotion with Marketing, tendering strategies (including target pricing and competitive intel), tender approvals, offer submissions, negotiations, customer governance (e.g., QBRs), and intelligence on customers/competitors.
• Oversee order intake and participate in PL sales governance, prioritization, and strategy.
• Provide input to Product Management and R&D governance.
• Create and maintain PL tenders in CRM.

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in business development for product lines in industrial or technical sectors (e.g., with OEMs and end customers).
• Strong expertise in commercial processes: tendering, negotiation, competitive intelligence, and CRM management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive OI, profitability, and customer strategies in regional or account-based roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting budgets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
