Internship Duration

4 Months (May–September; flexible around school requirements)

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Start Date: May 12th, 2026 (estimated)

End Date: August 22nd, 2026 (estimated)

Internship Goals & Objectives

Support 45Drives’ business development efforts through research and analysis

Identify dormant or declining accounts and assess reactivation potential

Analyze industry and territorial trends to uncover new business opportunities

Provide data-driven insights to refine sales strategies

Gain hands-on experience in market research, client engagement, and B2B discovery

Contribute directly to company growth by supporting account managers with insights and reports

What You’ll Do

Research dormant or declining accounts and prepare reactivation-ready reports for account managers

Analyze industry and geographic trends to identify growth opportunities

Support business development, prospecting, outreach, and meeting coordination

Maintain and update CRM records with research findings and interactions

Prepare presentations and strategic reports for leadership and account managers

Work closely with the sales and account management teams to refine customer engagement

Use tools like Excel, CRM software, and research databases to interpret data

You’ll choose one of the following standard workday blocks:

10 AM – 6 PM

11 AM – 7 PM

12 PM – 8 PM

Compensation
The Sales Internship offers a base wage of $19 USD per hour, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Incentives are connected to learning milestones, activity, and contribution to sales outcomes, giving interns exposure to how performance-driven compensation works while still providing a stable foundation.
