Your role
As part of the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for many business owners.
You will speak with merchants who are interested in financing and help them take the first steps in the process.
You’ll quickly get comfortable speaking to decision-makers and understanding how businesses think about growth and financing.
What you will do
• Speak daily with business owners via phone and email
• Help merchants understand our financing products
• Support them in starting their application process
• Qualify potential customers and identify strong opportunities
• Work with our internal systems (including CRM tools)
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the wider Sales team
What you will learn
• How B2B sales conversations work in practice
• How to communicate confidently with decision-makers
• How to qualify leads and build a pipeline
• How financing products work in a real business context
• How a high-growth FinTech operates day-to-day
Your profile
• Interested in Sales, Finance, or startups
• Comfortable speaking with people and asking questions
• Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Structured and reliable in your work
• Fluent in German and English
Previous sales experience is not required.
