Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Intern for a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-growing AI startup. You’ll play a key role in building the foundations of our go-to-market engine. This is not just about cold calling—it's about learning to build a sales motion, understanding customer needs, and helping to tell our story to a B2B audience. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, deeply curious, and excited to learn how to build a category-defining company from the ground up.
You will:
• Work closely with the founding team and sales leadership to support the B2B sales strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify strategic opportunities, qualify high-value prospects, and target verticals.
• Help manage the sales pipeline, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM.
• Assist in crafting sales narratives, outreach messaging, and value propositions that resonate with business needs.
• Assist in building and refining the sales playbooks that will fuel our growth.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support the creation of sales materials (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, demo outlines).
Requirements:
• Although we prefer candidates enrolled in or that recently completed a Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Communications, Psychology, or related subjects, this is a soft-skill-heavy role.
• Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and persuasion skills, with a talent for building strong arguments and distilling complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
• Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, and how they create business value.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset: resourceful, organized, competitive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, natural empathy, confidence, and a high level of professionalism.
• Tenacious and results-oriented, with a genuine interest in building strong business relationships.
• Willingness to learn fast, take ownership, and grow with the team.
Benefits:
Compensation:
Compensation varies based on profile and experience, but a general cash range for the 3-month internship (fixed comp + performance variable) is $10,000-$20,000, plus a competitive equity package in case you are confirmed.
