We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to join our team in Santa Ana. This role is all about hunting new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth. Electronics industry experience is a plus, but not required we’ll train you on the business and equip you with the latest AI-powered sales tools.

What You’ll Do

Identify and win new customer accounts.

Build long-term relationships with buyers, engineers, and executives.

Use our CRM, ERP, and AI prospecting tools to prospect smarter and close faster.

Work in-office with a high-energy team, collaborating daily with sales, procurement, and operations.

Drive growth in critical industries like Power, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, and Medical.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.

Strong sales EQ relationship-building, communication, and resilience.

Compensation
• Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission: Performance-based commissions with potential to earn 50–100% of your base salary annually
• Total Potential Compensation: $100,000 – $170,000+ based on results
