• Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and maintain consistent daily activity.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
• Present and explain solutions tailored to client needs.
• Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, and connect with C-level decision makers.
• Analyze client challenges, gather requirements, and match them with Google Cloud solutions.
• Keep CRM data updated with leads, contacts, and opportunities.
• Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion, and pipeline growth.
• Document customer interactions clearly to ensure transparency across stakeholders.
Requirements:
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Native-level German (C2) and fluent English.
• Experience in outbound sales, B2B, or business development, ideally in IT.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect needs with solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
• Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment.
• Solid IT skills to navigate digital tools efficiently.
Preferred Profile
• At least one year of IT outbound sales experience.
• Proven success in cold calling and managing large account portfolios.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Goal-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient personality.
• Knowledge of local market and business environment.
