· Build up a business plan in the short, middle, and long term
· Perform outbound calls to prospective both IB and clients with demo and live trading applications
· Follow up, maintain, and assist on the existing IB and clients to have better performance via phones and email
· Participate in the company’s marketing activities and promotion to create acquisition and conversion.
· Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
· Handling all leads fully, completely, and professional
· Perform as speaker when needed
· Support the CS team on IB and Client’s concerns as and when needed
Requirements:
· Sales experience in forex/financial industry is a plus
· Positive spirit and team-driven
· Clients' needs analysis skill
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Strong negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of clients/partners
· Work under pressure, resilient
· Accountable, proactive, and mature thinking
· Fast learner, ambitious, goal-driven, and result-oriented
· English proficiency is a plus
