SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company known for its commitment to excellence and innovation, is looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our luxury resort properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategies that align with our overall business objectives and enhance the guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for resorts within the SWOT Hospitality portfolio.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to drive new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to promote resort offerings and unique selling propositions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively target prospective guests.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the booking process, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Track and report sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management regarding sales strategies and performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in hospitality, specifically within resort or leisure markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
